House: concrete forms in |

It rained pretty much all day today while the guys were out there putting in the concrete forms for our basement foundation. They were so friendly and nice... so far everyone working on the house has been. They said that the concrete will be poured tomorrow afternoon at 2:00, so I'll be there.
I'd like to take them cookies... because they were working in the rain all day. But I don't think that I can keep up making cookies twice a week, which seems to be as often as the crews turn over. They are all subcontractors. If I could just make cookies for them when it was a particularly bad day for working on the house, I think it would be nice. But I can't keep that up for four months. |
