I've built a lot of web sites in my life. I built my first one in 1993, just shortly after Michigan State first went on the web (one of the first 100 web sites ever, thanks to Travis). I do not claim to be good at it, particularly since the web has gotten all flashy. A graphic designer I am not. I do try to make sites that are informational and easily navigated.

Current Web Design Sites

The Villas at Oak Hills (January, 2008) - I built this site for my uncle's apartment complex. It is built on the Joomla! content management system.

Committed to Success (October, 2007) - This was for a Bunko friend, and was my first attempt at using the Joomla! content management system, as well as my first real foray into using CSS for serious web design.

Archive of My Previous Sites

These sites are here because they represent my interests and experiences. I do not build sites for other people, as a rule, so these were all created for my own enjoyment (and possibly yours).

  • 1137 Katy Meadow (Spring, 2004) - We tried to sell our first house by owner. I made this nifty web site so show off all of the cool features of the house.

  • CEG 320: Computer Organization and Assembly Language Programming (Fall, 2004) - This is the class that I taught at Wright State University. The course has been significantly revised since I taught it, so nothing here is sensitive.

  • Dryad Designs (Spring, 2001): This is the home page for the business that Delia Raymer and I started. Delia primarily built this site, but I was involved and the business was a big part of my life for a while, so here it is!

  • Camp Michigania Staff Introduction (Spring, 1999) : Camp Michigania is one of my favorite places on earth. When I was heading back there in 1999, I built this site as an introduction to life as a Camp staff member.

  • WSU Karate (Fall, 1999): I built this site because I was so fascinated by what I was learning in my Shorin-Ryu classes with Sensei Carmine Anastasio that I wanted to put my knowledge on 'paper', so I could share it with other people and encourage other people to get involved.

  • Huron Players (Fall, 1996): Huron Players was the theatre group that I was involved with in high school. It was single-handedly responsible for me coming out of my shell.

  • Jen's So-Called Life (Fall, 1995): This was my site when I was in graduate school. Clearly a lot of the information is out of date, but I thought it might be interesting to some people.
