"I want to say how much I enjoy being a part of the MOMS Club of Enon. I heard that Beavercreek had a MOMS Club, but I was hoping to find something closer to home. Who would have thought that the little town of Enon would have such a great group?! I've enjoyed getting to know the members and I felt welcomed from the start. I like being able to talk with the other moms and share feelings and experiences that we go through. Who doesn't need a supportive friend or advice from another mom once in a while? Our chapter is growing in number and we have been enriched as a whole."

"I am so blessed to have joined this wonderful group of moms. Each time we are together, it seems I gain more insight into parenting. Its really reassuring to have dependable allies with me in the trenches of toddlerhood! My daughter & I always look forward to our outings with the MOMS Club. We both have connected with some very valuable friends."

"I was so lonely after my son was born. I had always been in school or at work, so I was very accustomed to having a lot of people around to chat with and laugh with. We were the first of our friends to start having children, so none of my friends had any idea what I was going through, and they were gone at work all day, anyway. After I decided not to return to work, I knew I needed some kind of social activity during the day, and so did my son! I joined MOMS Club when my son was four months old, and I only wish I had found it sooner. I still can't believe how nice, friendly, and helpful everyone in the group is!"

"I am so glad I decided to join such a wonderful group of women and children. As a new member, I look forward to all the support and friendship I will gain. It is so nice to have a wide variety of fun activities for myself and my daughter to attend and be a part of. I feel blessed."

"Our membership is diverse and so are the activities that our Club provides. Whether it is playgroups, crafts, music, a walk in the park or an occasional night out, we are here to support you, your child(ren) and your family as a whole. Being a stay-at-home mom is a demanding, full-time job, giving us little or no time to spend on ourselves. It is nice to know there are other moms out there that go through the same things I do. At times, we all need support, and a place to go to meet new friends. The MOMS Club and its members give us that opportunity."
- Mariah B. (founding president since 2000)
"I first heard about the MOMS Club on the internet and thought about joining. Sept. 11th had just happened and there was the worry that my husband would have to go to war. He had his bags packed for a long time, waiting. They were kind enough to send someone else in his place so he could be home for the birth of our son in May. In December of the following year, we got the news that he had to go. I got in touch with the Enon chapter of the MOMS Club and asked about joining. I had communicated with the chapter president by email before getting to meet her at a monthly business meeting. I felt so welcome and had such a good time visiting with other moms. My son had not been around other babies and was so excited that he fell fast asleep in the car afterwards. He even let me put him to bed, which he had never done before! Even though I joined the MOMS Club in the winter and there were some cancellations due to weather and sickness, the chapter president made sure to call me and check on me while my husband was gone. She even invited me over to her house one afternoon so we could get out of the house. When April came, the ladies got together and asked me to join them for lunch on my birthday. Since my family lived out of town, they wouldnt be able to join me until the day after my birthday. I was so touched! I am so blessed to have such a great circle of friends. I thank God for them everyday. So, if you are looking for good friends for your children, and a support group for yourself, you have come to the right place!"
